Directors & Officers/Management Liability Insurance information
This is highly recommended coverage which all clubs should carry. Clubs who currently are not enrolled but wish to add this coverage, please fill out the enrollment form and submit as provided on the form. Please note: Clubs and regions currently enrolled will receive an invoice with payment instructions from Soroptimist’s broker (Gallagher) to renew the policy, no further annual enrollment form is necessary.

TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) Training
For U.S. clubs holding an activity where members will be serving alcohol:
Any member serving alcohol should hold a certificate from either TIPS training or another training program approved by the local alcohol control board. After receiving the certificate of training completion, please send a copy by email to SIA headquarters at tipstraining@soroptimist.org. Please include the club name and club number in the email.
