Tips for Use and Printing

Bleeds

These cards were created to include the standard 1/8 inch bleed on all sides. If you need to adjust that, you can do so by altering the overall size of the document. To do so:

• Go to File>Page Setup and adjust the size of the document according to what your printer requires for bleeds.

Fonts

This business card is designed to use the “Tw Cen MT” font, which is standard on most computers. If you do not have that font, the design will be greatly altered, so please contact us (information below) and we will get you a font that will work better.

Printing

After you’ve customized the card with contact information, you can export the file as a PDF and send it to your printer. To do so:

• Go to File>Export and make sure “PDF” is selected in the “file format” area.

Please note: If you will be printing the business cards from a home printer, you can print directly from PowerPoint. Be sure to select front to back as the option.
