And the winner is...Ruby!

The Making a Difference for Women Award renaming poll received 2,399 votes. And the winner is ... the Soroptimist Ruby Award, which won with 57 percent of the vote (1,379 votes). The 2008-2009 club year will finish with the Making a Difference for Women Award name. The new name will be launched for the 2009-2010 club year. Although the parameters of the program will remain the same, updated club instructions and public awareness materials reflecting the exciting new name will be available in time for next year.
